What does the warranty include?

The warranty covers any defects in the foam that affect the functionality and shape of the mattress or pillow.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Good to know – about breaking in a new mattress or pillow

It is our experience that it takes some time getting used to a new mattress or pillow. The reason is that your body needs to unlearn using the old mattress or pillow and learn to use the new mattress or pillow.

Typically, you need 1 to 2 weeks to get completely acclimatized to a new bedding product. This is our own experience from our 20 years developing bedding products – and what we hear from our network of physiotherapists and chiropractors who know that the body has to acclimatize to sleeping on a new and better mattress and pillow.

Good to know – about durability of your mattress and pillow
